I will never order form Jaanuu againI will get the word out to as many as I can to not use this online store as well on 3/29/I place an order for clothing items at full price form JaanuuA pop up said that as a first time order, I will receive 20% Off the order and Free shipping was also highlighted at checkout I was so excited to receive my two tops and two bottomsafter trying them on I needed to exchange an item and return three of the items As I tried to do this the customer service representative told me I could not return any of the Items, as it was final sale only for getting the 20% offWHAT!!!! I was returning well within the days required and returning in tissue and box as received, perfect!, I would not accept her response and challenged her how crazy this was and that right here on the order I recei ed it says , we will gladly return any itms with in the day periodWHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU IS THAT YOU CAN RETURN THEM, BUT NOT GET ALL OF YOUR $$ BACK My return amount was $less than what I put on my credit card for the order and their was FREE SHIPPING The way JAANUU is handling thesis awfulThey made me feel like I had done s omitting wrong!!! It was an awful experience for meIn this day and age with easy order and returns from online companies, they will not surviveNo one likes to be scammedAnd that is how I felt on the other end of the phone with the representativeShe first told me that I could not return any of the items and they would give me as store credit of $for a $orderI had to p lead with her to get her to send me a return label which is also NOT included in your package when you recieve it I have NEVER taken the time to write a review like this But the word needs to get out what this comp lay is really about Do not order from JAANUUTell Your friends to stay awayAll is good until you want to return an item or two....RUN!!!!

I placed two orders with Jaanuu, the first 3/28/($102.00) and the second 4/8/($61.00)All items were returned due to either poor fit or a dislike for the materialAll items were returned well within days, tags on, unworn and unwashed...I've included their return policy to back my claim- We gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged Jaanuu items within days of purchaseOriginal tags must be attachedTo date, only $of my $total has been refunded (this outside of shipping expenses for the second order after having to fight for the return over the phone with customer service)Where is the remaining $of my balance? Placed order on 10/Today, 10/(Order has not been received yet-expected arrival date is 10/15-10/17)Prices dropped 25%Ordered $worth of clothingif the 25% off was applied, that's a savings of Called customer service to honor the price change, customer service stated, "Unfortunately, your order was placed more than minutes; therefore, we cannot modify or change your order." I am a first time shopper on Jaanuu and I can only hope the scrubs are as comfortable as air, because so far I am NOT impressed I got an e-mail Tuesday saying my order shipped Today is Friday and it has not moved! USPS is still waiting for my package Really? Is this what happens when they offer free shipping? We have to wait weeks for our packages?? Another thing is they sent me an e-mail saying I could get 25% off my order This deal was only good for hours! When I tried to put the code in it said I couldn't use the code on sales items Well guess what? This was Nurses Week and EVERYTHING on the site was on sale!! Now when I chatted with someone they said that they changed it for me and I could use the code for up to days Okay, that's fine for me, but what about everyone else who got that e-mail and ran into the same problem? I guess if you didn't call, you just missed out on that discount
As I said, I can only hope these scrubs are worth all this bother Will I be ordering from them again? Most definitely not I get better customer service at another scrub site and I'm going back to them They may not be "fashionable" but I get my scrubs quick
