I filed this claim to Revdex.com about two months ago. Since then the contractor (John of J3 construction) has only been here a total of eight hours at the most, and hardly completed anything while he was here. I still do not have the materials I ordered from him. He continues to lie, or make excuses about everything I ask him about.
As mentioned before, all I want from him is the steel siding and gutter materials that I purchased from him. As well as the little bit of money he still owes me for an upfront material purchase.
If he were to bring me these items, our agreement on building my shop would be over. But, I cannot get him to even hand over these items.
As I said before, he is a habitual liar and excuse maker. He is also a thief, that took my money, and never supplied me with the materials that I purchased from him.
John is a nice guy, but has no ethics. Stay clear of this guy at all cost.
