I was in dire need of a quick repair on my new SUV. I called and they said just come on by. When I arrived I was greeted by two smiling faces. They came out, looked at my problem and fixed it right then. It was an easy fix (according to them) so they wouldn't let me pay them anything for their work. They only asked that I use them in the future if I need some auto body work done. 100% assured I will return - and recommend - their business.
The owner [redacted] was very helpful and honest about fixing my trunk that would not latch properly. He came outside and repaired the latch himself and even showed me how to repair it myself, if the problem should happen again.
