After paying rent each month with their [redacted] I am ask to write a personal check for "other" chargesThis is for rent, water, and other bogus chargesIt is always a round number like $I have been here months and always payed my rent on line with no "extra" chargesWhen I ask management about the charges they pull up some screen with numbers out of the blueThey can not justify charges, just say I am underpaying rent???
