Jerry at Riggs Mishawaka raised the price of a used Kubota tractor when I called days after he had verbally agreed to the price advertised in the Indiana Auto & RV for weeks prior while my son was standing at his store looking at the tractor He stated that the price was a mistake and had been "fixed" in the Indiana Auto & RV and that he "had" an amount of money in the tractor that kept him from selling at the advertised price When the new issue of Indiana Auto & RV came out that day, February 19, 2016, the price was the same lower price that had been advertised for weeks When I call the Riggs Valparaiso store and inquired about small tractors, they said that the Mishawaka store had one and quoted the same lower price advertised in the Auto & RV The tractor was not purchased
