Review: The grass cutting service contracted by my next door neighbor damaged my fence during their grass cutting activities. I contacted [redacted] the owner of JT Landscaping and advised as to what had occurred. He came out and took pictures of the damage and advised that he would take care of it. This was October, 2012. When I call back he advised that the company where I had purchased the fence didn't have the parts but would order them and advise him when received. When I called back in the spring (March, 2013) [redacted] said that they hadn't called him. I called the company and they said that they have the parts, I said that I would have [redacted] called them to make arrangements to have the parts shipped to him or he would pick them up, his call. I called [redacted] and advised him that they had the replacements parts and that he could call them to make arrangements for delivery or pick up. I have not heard back from Mr. Tortorea. I have made numerous call and messages (over 20) with no returned calls. I would like to have this matter resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the fence parts replaced and installed. I will make the necessary arrangements to have the parts delivered and installed with JT Landscaping being invoiced for parts and labor.
