Very quick response to request for service. xxxxx, the owner came out the same day and repaired a broken tension wire. He also serviced our other garage doors on the same visit. We will continue to use his services.

Absolute WORST customer service and reliability EVER! States that he gives fre quotes. Would not discuss the home and problem until a FULL discusion of his payment. He then failed to show up at the aranged time, not once but twice without comunicating with me. Then came the phone calls and explainations AFTER I told him I would not be using him and he lost my busines. DO NOT USE HIM IF YOU WANT RELIABLE SERVICE
