Pump Warehouse is the worst so called company to deal with,its unreal how they will steal your money and lie and hang up the phone on you continual,but the good thing is I have a right sharp lawyer that is going to get my money back plus a lot more !

Review: Pump Warehouse sent the wrong pump and when I made them aware of it and asked for a return label they said the would pay for return shipping after I sent it. I sent it back and now they will not reimburse me. This started in January and everytime I do magage to get someone on the phone they say it will happen next week. I have emails documenting their promise to pay the shipping back on the wrong pump. Shipping was $59.09.Desired Settlement: I would like them to do what the stated they would do, repay shipping of $59.09. It was clearly their mistake they didn't send what was ordered.

Review: I ordered a pump for a pool filter motor from JTE Pump Warehouse in May, 2015. When it arrived, it was the wrong pump - completely different from what was ordered, absolutely could not be used. I called and left a message and shortly thereafter received a message from Joe T telling me that the pump looks different but assured me it was interchangeable. I called back and left a msg for him, telling him that there was no way this motor will fit my pump, there is no way to mount it. I needed a pre-paid UPS sticker so I could return it and a full refund (including the shipping) for the item since it was unusable. the pump is still sitting in my house, in its original box, untouched. I have called Joe at least a dozen times, to no avail. Most of the time, he does not return the call, and when he does, he promises things he never delivers on. The original pump was $99.00; my credit card was $169.00, which is why I want the shipping refunded, as well, plus the pre-paid return shipping label. I do not believe it cost $70 to ship this motor across the state of Pennsylvania. I need to have the $169.00 refunded to my account or have a checkDesired Settlement: I want to have my $169 refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. This was an out and out fraud and I cannot afford to lose this kind of money
