Review: This GC replaced my roof and since he performed the work, several of the roof shingles have fallen off. I've contacted him several times and have received various excuses and ultimately no response/resolution to repair the issue or even schedule a convenient time to assess the problem. Very unprofessional and poor customer service, as well as quality of work performed.Desired Settlement: I would like a response and a resolution to the problem and would like the contractor to fix it before there are leaks as a result of the work.

The consumer had called my home and was very demanding towards my wife. The few shingles were loose not had fallen off. I feel that the consumer didn't have to react the way she did. The issue with the shingles is all fixed. I just needed time to get to her home. I don't feel I am unprofessional and would not do this to any customer.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint.

In response to the Business email: a) the number called was that on the business card and there was no call to the individual's home. All calls were made to the number on the business card, and any messages were left with the receptionist (the woman did not identify herself as anyone's spouse); b) the attached pictures show the faulty shingles over to the right of the roof area and the missing shingle from the left side of the roof portion-the damage is still there; c) the issue has NOT been resolved and I have received no further contact/response from this person/business regarding fixing the problem. The roof has not been fixed and there has been no resolution - that statement is false.
