I have been renting this home from the Slack group for about 3 months. In that time it has been cold. There is no instillation on the pipes under our house which causes our pipes to freeze when it gets cold, preventing us from using water at all. When the water does work it is either a slow stream, it drips, or it doesn't work at all. We also have a busted window on our back door that has been there since before we moved in. We have called them and they will not answer the phone.
