J & S Home Rennovation

J & S Renovations DBA Sophia H where paid to do a paint job at our apartments(*** on 09-3-2019. We give them half the money down as requested to buy materials in the amount of $26,900.00 The full amount had they completed the job would have been $53,800.00. They started the job on the 9-9-2019 and brought in some paint materials and started to paint for about a week there after it was here and there. We would call them and no one would return our calls little to no communication. We where told they would be coming out several times to finish and nothing. They left doors and entry ways and door knobs taped prep for paint but no one ever came out to finish the job. We had a worker come in and tell us that J & S was ignoring his calls to also be paid for work done on that first week. We also had a another worker asked if he could get in our storage to get out his materials as J&S also owed him money and no one was return his calls. At this point they owe us $14,348.00 for work that was paid but not completed
