This company has no regard for personal property My furniture was severely damaged and destroyed during our move on April 29, My leather sofa and loveseat were cut and scratched My deep freezer was heavily dented on top Tables, nightstands, headboard dented and scratched Stainless steel washer and dryer has numerous scratches A lamp was completely destroyed I was assured the damages would be take care of and the owner would contact me within 2-business days After days passed no one contacted me so I called the owner He made an excuse of not having a ride to see the damagesHe has pictures I have contacted him since all I get is the run around Seems its just more excuses He has made NO effort to take care of the damages even though the company is insured He now refuses my calls

I am very unhappy with the service I received from this companyThe movers started off by getting the truck stuck for minutes and charged us for their mistakeThen they only filled the truck half full causing them to make multiple trips and charge more moneyWhen asked why they were doing it this way we were told it was to make it go faster but it took 3x longer than it should haveThey were the most unprofessional movers we have ever used
