My family lived in a property owned and operated by Jeff *** (managed by Michelle) for four years while we lived in Springfield, MO. They were responsive and quick to get someone out to the property if anything went wrong. Shortly after our daughter was born, Springfield had record low temperatures and our heating shorted out. Because we had a newborn, Jeff was able to find someone who came that very day to work on our heating, even though every heater repair technician was slammed. And another time our air conditioning shorted out and Jeff had it repaired in less than 24 hours! He was a great landlord, and the property was beautiful!
