Review: My wife ordered a lamp, light bulbs, 1 lavender fragrant oil & one large bottle of lemon fragrant. We received our order around 11/07/2014 the problem is that the bulbs & the large bottle of lemon fragrance was missing, the total cost of the missing items is 39.00 dollars. I have called them 4 times since and left a message for someone name Jeanie and have had no response at all, also I have sent 2 e-mails to scentoils with no response at all. Our order no with scentoils was 86288, the items that were missing is a follows, 4 PN. SKU: HLB halogen light bulbs, 1 PN. SKU: SO157 lemon tart & tangy fragrance.Desired Settlement: Would like the company to ship what was missing or refund the money spent on the order
