states that they were charged $190 for a perm and the advertized price is 95-125. The cost of the perm was 110 plus an extra 20 as we used more than one perm packet. The other cost was for the haircut that the lady had asked for. The haircut was 60. That would be the total of the 190.As for a perm not taking, we stand behind our work and are more than happy to refund their payment for the perm and the extra packet we used, for a total of 130, if [redacted] was not pleased with the services received. I do not understand why they did not just let us know this to begin with rather than reaching out to the Revdex.com.Thank you,Jamie TJayson M.owners
