We are sorry that our customer didn't receive said picture in a timely manner. When customer called to tell us the print was not received he stated he lives on the edge of two mailing address cities and has trouble receiving mail periodically....

We reprinted picture and customer met with us to receive it personally.

The business owner called me after I left a message on Saturday May 30th. We set up a time to meet at his residence/place of business and I picked up the photo. To his credit, he responded within a reasonable amount of time each time I called. You may close this case now. Thank you.
