I ordered 11 jackets in September 2024 with a promise to receive by October 9th or no later than October 14th. I was invoiced for the quilted jackets at $100 each plus shipping. I sent the payment September 3, 2024. Later I was informed via phone that there is a delay in receiving the shipment of jackets from China, and the jackets would not arrive by the requested deadline. This conversation was with James I believe.

I told them that it would be fine, and was told that the jackets would arrive by December. They were not received, nor did they contact me. I attempted to contact them January 7, 2025 via email, and received no response. Eventually, Dawn responded January 7, stating that she would get back to me.

I finally communicated with Dawn through email in February, after reaching their number that I had been changed to an unknown number. I requested a full refund for the 4 jackets. She agreed to send the refund by the beginning of March. No refund has been received as of this date, March 24, 2025. The number is still changed with no new number provided.

I have sent emails, and attempted to contact other numbers listed on the website. I will advise anyone to NOT patronize with this company! I plan to pursue other actions to obtain a full refund! I am completely DISSATISFIED with their customer service and what I consider fraudulent behavior!

I ordered 2 items on April 12th. I needed one for an event April 30th. I called several times but on April 27th made contact and was promised an overnight shipment of one of my items. I was THEN advised of the supplier delta on my 2nd item (because I had NOT been previously notified). I did not get my item overnight. As a matter of fact I called in April 29th and was forced to leave a voicemail because they didn’t answer or return my emails. After my VM I see an USPS delivery notification. I will NEVER patronize this business again. Ironically, when sharing my experience verbally, others commented on how horrible their experiences had been. Buyer beware!

I emailed J Mar Greek Life Inc asking for information on my order. Typically I would receive a response within a few days if it were anywhere else. But, J Mar Greek Life was quick, and customer service was very helpful. I appreciate the help they provided; I definitely had a great experience.

I made a purchase on this company's website on 8/13/2021, and the website notes; please allow up to 10 days to process and complete your order. August 31, 2021, I sent an email asking for the status of my order with no reply. I followed up with another email on 9/5/2021 with a response from James Watkins thanking me for my order and apologizing for the delay, and he would mail my order on 9/8/2021. I did not receive my package on 9/8/2021. I followed up with an email on 9/16/2021 for the status of my order with no response. On 9/21/2021 sent another email; however, Donna called me, apologized for the delay, and stated she would be shipping my package out the next day. On 9/24/2021, I received an email alert my package was shipped USPS tracking numberXXXXXX. On 9/27/2021, the USPS package was out for delivery, and then USPS returned to the sender for an incorrect address. I emailed the company about the wrong address problem on 9/27.2021, 9/28, 2021, 10/2/2021 and left a voicemail message and two voicemail messages on 10/4/2021 with no response. At this, I want a full refund.

I ordered an line jacket and gave specific instructions on what I want on my jacket. The owner provided the invoice which stated, A deposit of 1/3 of the balance is due before production begins. No changes accepted after receipt of the deposit.
Well I haven't made a deposit bc I had some changes that I didn't agree on when I was told to review my order for errors. The owner made an executive decision on her own to go ahead with production and disregard my changes. I asked for blue letters and to be outlined in white.  She did the opposite on the collar with white letters but added blue letters every where else (tacky)and letters not lined up correctly on the back. She got upset with me and became rude for her mistakes.  Bc I refused to pay for the errors she made. I had no problem purchasing the jacket and I even mentioned this to her if she can corrected the errors she made. This was her response to that statement.
Don't worry about it, I don't won't your money and hung up in my face. I would NEVER recommend J mar specialty greek life or order from them especially if I have to deal with this type of customer service.

I ordered a Zeta sweatshirt for $56.99 plus $10 shipping on 1/16/20. A week later I received a different sweatshirt that was advertised at $30.99. I sent an email requesting an exchange or refund. On 1/25/20, James Watkins apologized via email and told me to keep the wrong sweatshirt. He claimed he was rushing to leave town and accidently shipped the wrong shirt. James said he would send the sweatshirt that I originally ordered when he returned on Monday 1/27/2020. I have sent several emails and called 3 times with no response.
