We have talked to Mrs. [redacted] several times. The problem is NOT that we will not talk to her. The problem is that she thinks

we should come out to her house every year to inspect her windows for any problems. we have told her we would gladly come

out but there is a service charge to do so. She is NOT willing to agree to that. We are willing to service this homeowner, but there

will be a service charge to do so.

I am rejecting this response because: My ,husdand and have hired a new Contractor,who deals in [redacted], who lives in [redacted],

They can;t belive,how this stormdoor was put on, they had to take it off, and make some adjustments, now it;s perfect.
