J. L. Schwartz Insurance Agency

I've been with this insurance company for over 5 years. Accidentally, I found that the same coverage was available to me with a top insurance company for $600+ a year less. When I asked JL Schwartz why those rates weren't available to me, they said because they have thousands of customers, they only do quotes upon customer request. Apparently they aren't concerned with individual customer service, just bulk sales. So, basically, you do business with a company for years and it's still up to you to check their rates or they overcharge you.
