We went to order the door at [redacted] , the door that they wanted was special ordered when we went to order they told us that the door would be the same but the glass would be with no grid but the door would be the same door  at that time I called Wanda from the store to tell her that , she...

responded saying that would be fine ,so we ordered it ,the door took forever to get in , we made arrangements to install the door , and did  it was the sales person ideal to make sure we called  before they ordered the door ,  Wanda said the door looked great , later that night Bryan called and left a nasty voice mail saying the door was ugly , there was problems with the install , and it wasn't what they wanted  . The door is the same door they wanted  as for the ceiling fan we installed a standard ceiling fan joist to joist box made for mounting ceiling fans  ,don't know what the problem would be . If they send me a copy of the 3 1/2 bill I will pay asap on it ,
