I took my car to his shop first time 1wk after Thanksgiving and I was concerned about oil light on and an oil leak I have taken my car to his shop to have it repaired and it's still not fixed after several repair attempts and $1,laterI've paid him, *** ***, to fix my car for a leak and a broken motor mount I took to another shop after he started avoiding my callsI found out my parts were not changed out and nothing had been fixed but I had repair bills and parts and labor, and still had factory partsI left my car days, days & several times there are missing bolts & covers & broken brackets & cracked headlight & paint on bumper

A different auto mechanic indicated my Lexus needed a transmission I was referred to Transmissions Unlimited who then referred J & L Auto I contacted and spoke with Joe, who indicated he could do the work in days, to receive the part and to do the work I advised him I could pick the car up on 7/3/17, which was days later When I called, Joe indicated it would be ready 'tomorrow' For days he said the same, tomorrow When I called again the phone only went to voice mail and the couldn't leave messages due to full voicemailI waited a week and then sent a text messageHe called back with the same 'tomorrow' I felt like I was being given the run around I attempted to send a certified letter to the business, but online updates showed it hadnt been able to be delivered I contacted Gregg County court and was advised of several other compl
