Review: My complaint with [redacted] and his company is that he promised me that if I was not happy with any of his products, he would refund my money. I purchased a significant amount of beef and rips from [redacted].I was unhappy with the quality of the ribs and the beef did not taste anything special. I have been familiar with Omaha steaks and their quality before purchasing [redacted] beef. The quality of J& K's beef was, in my opinion, average. Yet the price I paid was top dollar. The ribs, while tasty, retained the fibrous sheath on the beef and was chewy and distasteful. I contacted [redacted] on the phone numerous times to request either a replacement or refund. [redacted] promised me he would honor my request. Unfortunately he never kept his promise. He claimed his girlfriend was going through medical issues. I felt compassionate for [redacted] and his plight and did not pressure him to honor his promise for a short time, yet I expected him to keep his promise. After four months He never did! I gave up on trying to persuade [redacted] to keep his promise.I ended up giving the remaining beef and ribs to a charity because I was not happy with the quality.I would not recommend using [redacted] or his service.Desired Settlement: I request a full refund for the money I paid for the beef and ribs.
