J&K Roofing came out to repair our roof, it was done on time and within budgetThe repair team was courteous, neat and extremely professionalNothing was left behind, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for repair work or a new roof

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/11/25) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] Mr [redacted] conveniently left out the fact that They had MAJOR brick work done ( not by J&K) on the brick wall connected to the roof, which damaged our... flashing, this was supposed to be done seven yrs ago, the chimney and skylight where water has entered the flashing was also supposed to be done several years ago, our warranty's as any other contractors does NOT cover items not associated with the roof e.g.; brick walls, skylights ,flashing, electrical, AC pipes etc. the roof is NOT leaking at present , when I reminded Mr [redacted] of these issues he stated that he forgot about the brick work having to be done several yrs ago, he agreed and said he was willing to pay for the repairs as he understood now they were not part of the roof and were not covered under the warranty, as far as missing appointments that is false, I met another person at the building and they FORGOT to tell Mr [redacted] , I have tried to call Mr [redacted] several times with no success , we have no access to the roof and cannot access it with out a tenant being present to let us in, we our not obligated to preform ANY warranty work as the owner hired a separate firm, to fix the walls thus damaging our roof and voiding any warranty, we were willing to help the building owner by offering a discounted price to fix the damage done by masons and lack of proper maintenance, but as I stated I CAN NOT reach MR [redacted]

The workers were great and the rood was done by that afternoonI waited until after this weeks deluge to report no more leaks!! I'm confident that this problem is now fixed
