Review: When trying to cash checks, they consistently bounce. No funds in their own accounts to cash the bad checks they write. When you contact them they don't return phone calls, show up they are there,sometimes. Then want you to follow thm up to gas stations to cash checks.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop writing checks until they can pay them. I also want my check cashed, and it not take a month

I work for a company that recycles metal there at J&K. We get paid for the metal by a check they issue. Up until 6-7 months ago, we never had problems witht the checks cashing, now every check they issue, you either wait for 1-3 weeks to be able to cash. The one I'm currently holding is 1 month old. I have tried to contact them numerous times , left 3 messages, and no answer/return call. As far as relation with them, it's a working relation only, and I assumed all was good. But this is just getting to be bad business, and they keep saying we'll have money in the account. I have since gone to another place to recycle metal. This is a weekly thing we do for our business.
