was so easy to work with. He made the nearly 2 hour drive to my house to quote doing a radon mitigation. He came in lower than other companies. We set the appt and his guy was here early and had it done in a day. That was a year and a half ago. I noticed something wrong with my gauge on the fan and called *** today (a year and a half after mitigation was done) and explained what the gauge is reading. He walked me through the steps over the phone on how to adjust it properly. The gauge had been bumped and just needed reset. *** has always been quick with responses and super polite. I would highly recommend J & K Environmental to anyone!
