To whom it may concern, On July 19, [redacted] * [redacted] came to J K Auto Sales and purchased a Ford F-Vin# [redacted] with 142,miles on Buy here pay here for $They took vehicle for test drive and decided they wanted itThe next day James had came in after trying to hook up a after market radio the wrong way that had caused a electrical problems that fired the alternator, four wheel drive and headlight switchWith us having to fix the gas tank we also decided to fix headlight switch and alternator even though he caused the electrical problemWe also let them drive a Ford F-for loaner vehicle for that day that there daughter bought a week later so with him saying the loaner vehicle also had problems, there daughter hasn't complained of any problems with itAll the issues with the Ford F-has been fixed other than four wheel drive that we are not fixing due to this letter and he fired switch due to thinking he knew how to install radioIn the mean time they purchased a Kia Soul on buy here pay here and paid off truck the same dayAbout a month later they came with Kia saying it was knocking and the only that was wrong with it was torque converter bolt was lose and with then minutes it was fixed free of charge and we have not had any other problems with either of the vehicles and they come in on every Saturday to make a payment on KiaThey signed a 100% as is paper on day one and I think we have went above and beyond for this couple and daughterThanks

With us having to fix the gas tank we also decided to fix headlight switch and alternator even though he caused the electrical problem.
