Let me start by saying that Lincoln Memory Garden takes all complaints very seriously. I have physically looked at Mrs. [redacted] s bronze marker and I agree that it looks much more worn then Mr. [redacted] 's bronze VA marker. The VA markers are ordered directly from the VA and use a... different manufacturer then Lincoln Memory Gardens used at the time Mrs. [redacted] 's marker was order. This could be why they have worn differently. We are proposing that we have both the [redacted] markers professionally refinished to restore the appearance to new, of course with the customers approval.Thanks you very much.Jeannie B [redacted] Administrator
