Review: I went into this business to purchase their services, informing them of our tax-exempt status and they refused to accept that status. I presented the Wisconsin sales tax exempt form and they still refused to honor it. I have patronized this business for more than 4-5 years and they never refused our status before. Why now? Also, the employee was very discourteous in this non-transaction.Desired Settlement: I would like to know why this business no longer honors Wisconsin Tax-Exempt status and receive an apology form this employee for his very harsh attitude in this matter. Note: I intended to purchase $158.00 of their products.
