Responding to case# [redacted] regarding [redacted] S Prospect Chicago- [redacted] complain about debris left in gutters upon completion of roof work by J&J Roofing & Construction Inc- [redacted] hired other company to care of the problem instead to contact J& J Roofing & Construction so we can solve the problem right away -J&J Roofing & Construction did not have chance to see the problem- [redacted] did not present any invoice or proof for such service however J&J Roofing & Construction will cover Ms [redacted] expenses & check will be mailed to her before 11-20-15Best regards [redacted] J&J Roofing & Construction Inc
