I am rejecting this response because: I informed Mr. [redacted] regarding debris being left in my gutters  via email. Our contract state that gutter cleaning was part of the service and the account was paid in full. He responded 5 weeks later, only after receiving the Revdex.com complaint.  He requested that I withdraw the complaint, if he reimbursed the costs of the gutter cleaning. Immediate cleaning of the gutters was necessary due to the heavy rains that our area experienced in September.
