We are responding to this complaint because we did not overcharge the customerOur prices for installation of a dishwasher is $plus tax(See attached price sheet)It sounds to us that the customer needs to talk to Fred's appliance about the price he was quotedThey know our prices are not
$for an installAs for the customer having to show our installers where the main shut off valve, all homes are different, we had never been in this home before so of course we are going to ask where it is locatedCustomer never called our company with any of his concernsWe would be more than happy to go over the bill and see what was charged to him that were beyond our prices.
