called her back and at this time she told us to contact her lawer and she has left us negative feedback ,never had a chance to find out what really happened to this window. These are a premium [redacted] window not a cheap off the shelf window from a box store. The front door lock was never brought to our attention it functioned great when we installed this lock over a year ago . The back screen door was originally replaced do to the frame on the screen was busted .We replaced the sliding screen with a very nice heavy duty screen door ,this was not put on backward and operated very nice when installed. [redacted] even used it while we where their and said it functioned very nicely.After installation I did receive a call later that night saying the screen has fallen off the track so I went back to [redacted]'s house the very next day and saw that the door was off and laying in piece on her kitchen table along with some tools next to it I did question [redacted] about the door just falling off the track .The track was also removed and completely unscrewed from the sliding door [redacted] told me she took this off herself and tried to fix it. Upon inspection of the track and the screen door I did notice that the screen protector that I had installed on the door was knocked half way off the door this had to of been pushed off from the inside , it was screwed on from the outside so i'm guessing it was walked through like the previous door was . I did put everything back together and hung the door once again for her free of charge and never heard another word about it.
