J & J Foundation Repair

Review: I contracted J & J Foundation repair to level the kitchen on my home. After a few months there was a 6 foot long, 8 to 10 foot wide, 12 to 18 inch deep void area under my kitchen where the dirt had setteled. I have made multiple calls to J & J and have taken time off work to meet them at my home with the promise to fill in the void area. I have been doing this for almost two years. While I was looking over my contract, I became aware that I was charged for 3 peirs that were never put in. This is at the cost of 250.00 a peir. They also did some plumbing replacement under my home, which I have also had to have rerepaired.Desired Settlement: I would like them to fill in the void area under my home and also would like to be refunded the money for 3 of the peirs that were never put in.

Review: Company did foundation repair work to my home which unfortunately required repair almost immediately. Repeated calls were ignored. On the two occasions I got a response, owner [redacted] gave word to be at my home but he did not keep his word. If the owner operates in this manner what can be expected from persons doing actual work? To top it off, lady in office professed to be [redacted]. Yet in speaking to her another time, she was amused at my situation.Desired Settlement: Refund my money under the so called guarantee they did NOT honor.
