I'm being told that for days of service is higher then days of service when I asked why did my bill jump so high
I was told my bill jump so high because in Decthe temp dropped so that will cost the heating unit to continue to turn on and off but I when I told the repthere is no heating unit she said she will call me back ,I received a call XX-XX-XXXX and the repsaid it was the heating unit that was costing it to jump, I stated there is no unit and need to know how did the bill get so high and I been using the same thing ,nobody can tell me anything but told me my bill will be very high in JanWhen I asked how would she know when that month hasnt came and I would like to know what is going on and can I submit a copy of the bill

On October 22, 2018, I used a prepaid bluebird card that I always use to pay my utility bills with, to make payments on my electric account (because after making my 1st payment, I realized I still owed $and some change so I had to go back to walmart and put $on my card and add money on my electric account again)I was not aware that SCE&G does not accept Amex cards because I've never paid my bill with a card before or used their bill matrix site before, and when I submitted to use the due- it was downInstead, I input the information in the bank area using my account and routing number and let it withdraw that wayIt went through, and I had $money on my card and it showed $on electric account balance so I thought everything was okayWell, Five days later, I get a "PAST DUE: late notice" on my electric and a "returned check fee of $25" for both payments made which totals

I am a customer of SCE&G, as most people are forced to be in the city I called Monday to request that someone come out and look at a box in the ground because it needed repair The technician came out and spoke with my neighbor (because the box sits on our property lines) and said that he would be back Tuesday to repair the box However, he did not return On Wednesday I called again and had to open another service ticket because the first one was closed, however no work had been done After not seeing not seeing a technician, I called again on Friday and then again on Saturday morning When I was finally told the box was AT&T property I called AT&T an the technician actually knocked on my door and spoke with me on the same day of the service call He said the box was not theirs and it was too hot I called SCE&G back to send out another technician so that I could show them the problem, just to ensure they we
