her Preferred Owner account and she only needs to mention the wash job to her Service Consultant.  To correct our errors in this instance, we've used this situation to educate and retrain our staff on our policies and procedures so that this doesn't happen to Ms. [redacted] nor any of our customers.  Again, we apologize for our failure to deliver a great service experience and hope she will continue to bring her vehicle to Tipotex Chevrolet in the future.  Sincerely,S.
