Stetson Ridge Apartments are overpriced and include terrible management. Reasons being the Office staff and Service staff do nothing. When we asked for service when our heater broke down. One of the on call emergency serviceman responded with rude tone and asked stupid questions not regarding the heater. Such as Did you take a shower recently? What is the water heater name? This to me is an act of irresponsibility as an emergency contact for servicing of the Apartments. he then later showed up smelling of liquor.

On a side note the Apartments are over priced. The Buildings themselves are poorly designed and not insulated properly. The Electrical circuit outlets are all connected to one breaker switch. Meaning These Apartments are not up to code. I do not suggest any future residents to reside here until the management team is straightened out and correctly fixes these problems. (I have been a resident here for over 2 years now)
The management team is also "lazy" They never replace dog waste bags. They have also complained to residents because of this reason when clearly residents were never given the equipment to pick up after their pets. (we pay $25 a pet for dog bags etc. etc.

I DO NOT Recommend residing at the Stetson Ridge Apartments. (apartments also cost 1k+ and DO NOT include granite counter tops, Stainless steel appliances, real tile or quality carpeting. Which at those prices should be expected.
