This company, presenting itself as ACE Residential Services, LLC, installed a new A/C condenser unit for usWe were not provided with any paperwork or manuals for this equipmentRecently, the unit became excessively noisyI attempted to find the Model # and Ser# of the unit so I could ask the manufacturer (Carrier ) if it was under warrantyI could find no nameplate on this new unitI tried to contact the installer numerous times only to find that the phone number was not accepting callsAt this point, I contacted an A/C company whose name was given me by Carrier, The technician could not find nameplate data either but verified that it was a Carrier unitTried again to contact installer, no luckAm stuck with unit without warranty that may fail
