Everything has been completed and final inspection was signed off

The shower was completed just fine,  with product that is completely acceptable for the job. Just because someone wants it done differently with another product, does not warrant a complete refund or a refund of any amount. There are distention products in this industry that do the same job....

I'm not responsible to change after the fact,  when it was not stated by homeowner in the beginning of the project
