Well I feel that I really need to respond to this negative commentsFirst off Richard and Donna I wish you would explain the whole story and give some background on your whole experience with usI came to your home in the winter after your neighbor that was watching your house while you were away phoned and asked if I could get the heat going in your house as it was getting cold and he was worried it would freeze upYES I got the furnace up and running, and I did not charge you for the service callThen on a Friday May Richard phones in and says you guys have a leaking water heater so I pop over and take a look, once we have discussed options for the replacement we agree on changing to a tankless water heater which is more work than a straight tank change with water, gas, and venting needing to be altered and we completed Friday evening so you could have hot water for the weekendAfter the weekend you asked about the rebate program and while I had looked into it and had started the process of applying as not just anyone can be a recognized contractor for the programI sent in the required documents to [redacted] who is facilitating the government program and was waiting to hear backYes I will admit that the process was long, and as for not returning phone calls I had no news to tell youI was accepted into the list of preferred contractors and received my package with the guidelines of the program and steps needing to be taken, upon looking at it you guys would have been entitled to a $rebate (not $as you believed) going from a high efficient direct vent water heater to a tanklessThe issue being is that pictures have to be taken before the old heater is removed due to the fact that the rebate was never discussed, and since the tank was already removed this made the rebate voidI do apologize for the delay in getting approved but that was simply out of my controlI believe I provided an efficient service on both occasions I was asked to.here

away phoned and asked if I could get the heat going in your house as it was getting cold and he was worried it would freeze up. YES I got the furnace up and running, and I did not charge you for the service call. Then on a Friday May 19 Richard phones in and says you guys have a leaking water heater so I pop over and take a look, once we have discussed options for the replacement we agree on changing to a tankless water heater which is more work than a straight tank change with water, gas, and venting needing to be altered and we completed Friday evening so you could have hot water for the weekend. After the weekend you asked about the rebate program and while I had looked into it and had started the process of applying as not just anyone can be a recognized contractor for the program. I sent in the required documents to [redacted] who is facilitating the government program and was waiting to hear back. Yes I will admit that the process was long, and as for not returning phone calls I had no news to tell you. I was accepted into the list of preferred contractors and received my package with the guidelines of the program and steps needing to be taken, upon looking at it you guys would have been entitled to a $587 rebate (not $1000 as you believed) going from a high efficient direct vent water heater to a tankless. The issue being is that pictures have to be taken before the old heater is removed due to the fact that the rebate was never discussed, and since the tank was already removed this made the rebate void. I do apologize for the delay in getting approved but that was simply out of my control. I believe I provided an efficient service on both occasions I was asked to.here...
