Review: They can not find Marlin rifle that was left there on consignment,nor could any paperwork be found, was never sent compensation for said item.

Help finding two rifles on consignment in your store. Put in 2 weapons on 10/15/2008 when moving overseas, called about a year later to check on them was told that I should have checked weekly as I would have to pick up any sales check, sounded odd? Then I had a change of address faxed it in on 11/17/2009, called again when I came back to US the following year 2010 and was told that the addresses were not updated ? Called again in october 2011 to see if weapons were sold and was told that the 22 standard was there but the marlin 30/30 was not on the self and no paperwork was found! The man ( should have got his name ) told me he would email me about the situation, that did not happen. So Iam back in the us for a while and would like to know if they were sold or what, never received any compensation, I can email you copies of my receipts via my other email. Desired Settlement: Simply want communication on the whereabouts of the rifles and if they can not be located a monetary payment of $100 for the Marlin and $50 for the 22lr semi auto standard as my consignment agreement indicates. Thank you.

Company states that they were able to locate the paperwork and that the customer had moved a few times and this was a problem for them to locate the information. The company states that they have sent the customer $337.50 which is the amount owed to resolve the complaint.
