Our church dealt with this group a few years ago. They charged us for service that we didn't ask to be completed. Simply a diagnosis. However they charged us for full service which they never completed due to needing a specific part. Our church tried to resolve the matter with the owner but they deferred to the tech and told them that we would have to take it up with him. We tried every avenue possible to resolve the issue however, they wouldn't budge not take responsibility for their mistake. The lady at the main office was rude and not very friendly to our church staff trying to resolve the issue. I am posting this review because it was brought to my attention that they had an A+ rating. That simply is false and this company has very shady business dealings. If they will treat a church organization this way......what about the average "Joe"?
