The issue was not made clear but exchange of product was offered Months ago

We wrote about
e-mails and received no reply...We lost the opportunity for the business due to the error so we wanted a refund...so we wanted to return the items and get a refund...We have not yet returned the items because we have not been able to talk to anybody about getting a proper RMA number for the return nor a refund has been approved
