D's was going to leave the dirt.  J & D's gave  [redacted]  a discounted price because was leaving dirt in site.    [redacted] called screaming at me, John V., saying come get dirt off her property.  She did not follow her contract.  [redacted] has a balance of $350 because J&D's had to bring back dump truck and excavator to remove dirt and haul it away.  Along with this statement is a copy of her contract stating leave the dirt on site.
