[redacted] of JD Remodels built a screened in porch for us in Oct of 2010. He let the structure sit, unfinished and uncovered during heavy rain. I called this to his attention and he guaranteed it would be fine. He finally did finish the project but it still leaked in 4 - 5 places. He came out and "patched" it but it still leaked. We are currently going through more heavy rain here and many of the boards are warping and all of the leaks are still there. He sent out [redacted] to inspect the work for an estimate to fix (without telling us first). I have not heard from [redacted] in about 3 weeks. I did call [redacted] and they said [redacted] has not signed the estimate to proceed with the work. I have left messages with [redacted] stating we would like to find closure with him and this project even if it means taking legal action; which is what I plan on doing next. He used to be part of www.[redacted] but they kicked him out after our complaints. The below address shows up on an internet search but the Kentucky PO Box was listed on the report that was filled out for [redacted] Roofing. [redacted] Thank you, [redacted]
