I ordered a bumper from them October 2013 and the expected delivery date was November 16,2013. That date came and gone without any conformation for the shipping. Whenever I can get a response from [redacted] there is always an excuse and never any answers. It took filling a dispute with my credit card company for her to call me back in the first weak of January. [redacted] told me that if I removed the dispute she would personally guarantee the bumper to ship on January 16th, she would apply a $100 refund to my card and email me a new invoice (i still have not received it). It is now the 23 of January 2014 and [redacted] is ignoring all my emails and my calls go strait to voice mail.
