J & D Foundation Repair

They will not provide me with a copy of my warranty that did transfer to me when I purchased the house.
I purchased this property on April 11, 2012. I was told the warranty for the foundation repair work was transferrable to me by my real estate agent. He gave me their information, and advised I contact them immediately for a copy of the warranty. I have been doing that. The last time April 2nd of this year the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude and out of line with me. I finally got him to calm down and told him my request. He told me to send a text message with my request and that I would receive a copy within a week. I'm still waiting. I have a copy of the text sent if you need it. Please help me get a copy of my warranty. I'm noticing movement and cracks in the house, and I need to know what is covered and for how long. Thank you
