I am rejecting this response because: What do you mean? You wasted two+ hours of my life and *** me off.You used a
sub-standard product and instead of the finished floor lasting 20+ years like the original one, it lasted just long enough for you to try to wiggle out of your responsibilities and stand behind your work The Revdex.com ought to investigate how many other customers you left hanging with a sub-standard product, which you had acknowledged to me.You owe me money - and an apology for wasting my time and effort to get things ready TWICE!!*** ***

All projects are warranted for one year, I'm sorry but he is out of warranty.
