Review: J&D Auto Body on Fairway Drive is completely unprofessional. Their services were used and miles were racked up on the car that was being repaired, around 600. The reason behind all those miles were them being "input wrong". That is not an acceptable excuse. An honest review was made on [redacted]. After said review was posted, the most unprofessional act I have witnessed came forward. A [redacted] has so much time on his hands at work to be reading all of the [redacted] reviews. And what is more unprofessional, he calls multiple times, leaves voice mails, will harass and bully you to take your review down. In no way should you be bullied or be harassed for giving an honest review. He needs a management refresher course. His response was that said review gives his business a bad name. That is not my problem. He will not take responsibility. It's a wonder if he knows how to be professional with anybody, or if everybody gets this kind of treatment.Desired Settlement: I would like J&D Auto Body, and especially [redacted] to not go through his clients files to get their numbers and harass them for any type of review. I want him to no longer contact me, or any other number on my file.
