I purchased a queen bed set without a mattress, the mattress was purchased seperately on the same day and time in the same department. the queen bed was returned because it broke. now the mattress has a big pucker in the middle which appears some of the material is missing or has shifted under the top layer. this mattress has never been used and still has the same ticket attatched. I tried to return the mattress however, was informed (we dont accept returned mattresses here). I explained there was nothing on any of the receipts, nor posted anywhere in the store, nor did the sales person inform me of this policy. I tried to contact the only information I found via e-mail without help.
