I ordered a product on line on October 14, 2018. After 2 weeks I called and e-mailed because I had not yet received it. After several attempts I did speak to someone and he said there was a fire at the business who made the product I ordered. They said it should not affect delivery of my item. This was about a month ago. I have called dozens of times and sent 3 emails. None of the calls have been answered, there is no voicemail. None of the emails have been returned. They have charged my PayPal account over $300.00.
I placed an order (#***) with *** on June 5, 2017. I finally received my order on August 23, 2017 (after multiple phone calls). After opening the package I found the full well cork grip was not cut to receive the reel seat, the wrong size reel seat and reel seat insert, wrong type of Flex Coat, and an extra Tip Top not ordered. After speaking with ***, I returned (August 24) the full well cork seat to be recut to receive the reel seat. I also returned the reel seat insert, Flex Coat kit, reel seat and Tip Top which *** stated would be credited to by credit card (CC) along with the shipping cost $3.39 for a total of $92.12. I have called multiple times (September 1, 14, 20, 29, and October 5) and spoke with *** or *** on my refund. *** states he credit my CC (false, I checked) and on Oct. 5, *** stated he would send a check to resolve the issue which I have still not received. I am extremely upset on this issue!
